Stage 1 at Woodvale Village is nearing completion as OM Civil have recently laid the asphalt and we’re down to the final touches with footpaths, topsoil and commissioning of the watermain all wrapping up this week. The electrical works are complete too, and we’re expecting power to be switched on soon. From there, landscaping begins on the street trees and turf right throughout the stage – taking us to completion in early September.
Stage 1 is now completely sold out and our Builder, Urbane Homes, will start construction in mid-October. It’s a really exciting time, and we can’t wait to see these first homes take shape.
Given the success of Stage 1, we have also completed demolition and site clearing for Stages 2 and 3 and the recent dry weather has allowed our civil contractor to make great progress with the bulk earthworks. We are on track for completion in early 2027.
