With over two decades in property development and the successful delivery of award-winning projects both locally and overseas, Claire founded Cohere Projects in 2023 to challenge the industry’s short-term thinking. Her approach is strategic, design-led, and deeply rooted in creating community value that lasts beyond the final inspection.
Her career began with some of the world’s largest developers: Mirvac, Lendlease, and Barratt London, where she learned the mechanics of large-scale development.
In 2018, she co-founded Bluebird Property Partners, a Brisbane-based property consultancy recognised for strategic project advisory and development management services. In 2021, she was recognised as one of Queensland’s Top 20 Business Entrepreneurs.
Claire then founded Cohere Projects to challenge the industry’s short-term thinking – building a residential development company focused on delivering high-quality, sustainable, design-led communities that deliver genuine community benefit in sought-after locations.
Beyond development, Claire is a strong advocate for the property sector. She serves as a Board Member for the UDIA Queensland, and is a member of the UDIA BCC Policy Advisory Committee and the ULI Queensland District Committee. She holds tertiary qualifications in both property economics and construction management.
