Affordable housing without compromise
KubUnity was the first eco-friendly residential project in the Redlands designed specifically for first-home buyers. The development comprises 34 apartments that combine affordability with environmental sustainability and quality design.
The project won the 2021 UDIA Queensland Award for Affordable Housing, recognising its success in delivering energy-efficient homes with thoughtful layouts, durable materials, and communal spaces at an accessible price point.
