The Avenues

The Avenues of Highfields delivered over 500 residential lots across 13 stages in the Toowoomba region. The masterplanned community features tree-lined streets, two urban-designed parklands, and comprehensive infrastructure including the region’s first full-scale display village.

The project established a new benchmark for residential development in the Toowoomba region, demonstrating how large-scale communities can integrate green space, pedestrian connectivity, and thoughtful urban design while delivering housing at scale.

The Avenues won the 2022 UDIA QLD Award for Excellence in Residential Subdivision, recognising it as the state’s best regional subdivision. It was also a Finalist in the 2023 UDIA National Awards for Excellence for Residential Development, showcasing innovation and quality in development for the Toowoomba Region.
