We’re pleased to announce that Greentree Crescent, Forest Lake has received Development Approval, marking an important milestone for the project and the delivery of new housing in the area.
The approval provides for the creation of 19 residential house lots, to be delivered in a single stage. The lots are designed to provide a range of opportunities for future homeowners, with sizes ranging from approximately 330sqm to 454sqm.
Located at 19 Greentree Crescent, Forest Lake, the site is one of the remaining infill development opportunities in the area, where the availability of developable land is increasingly limited. The project will help provide much-needed new housing to meet continued demand across the Forest Lake and broader south-west Brisbane market.
Future residents will benefit from existing infrastructure including schools, shopping centres, parks, and transport connections, while living in a new development designed with contemporary standards for liveability and sustainability.
The development will also include the necessary internal civil infrastructure, including roads, drainage, water, sewer, electrical and NBN infrastructure, together with stormwater and streetscape works.
With DA now secured, the project is progressing towards construction. Subject to obtaining the required OPW approvals, construction is expected to commence in early 2027, with the current program anticipating completion and titles later in 2027.
Greentree Crescent represents an exciting opportunity to deliver quality new residential lots in an established and well-connected part of Forest Lake.
