We’re proud to officially commence construction at Woodvale Village, a new masterplanned community set to deliver 151 homes at Forest Lake.

Cohere Projects was pleased to welcome UDIA Queensland CEO Kirsty Chessher-Brown to celebrate the milestone sod turning with our consortium comprising Marquee and LHPP, and home building partner Urbane Homes.

Backed by strong support from the Queensland Government through the State Facilitated Development (SFD) approval pathway and the Incentivising Infill Development Fund (IIDF), we have accelerated delivery of the project by 18 months. This demonstrates how smart planning pathways and targeted funding can unlock well-located infill sites and create more affordable housing options across south-east Queensland.

Congratulations to the development consortium and our Queensland Government and Brisbane City Council partners for championing innovative solutions to meet housing needs.
