Who We Are
At Cohere Projects, we are experienced developers committed to creating exceptional properties. With a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding results that exceed expectations.
Founder
Claire O'Rourke is the Founder of Cohere Projects and has over 20 years of property development experience. In 2018, she co-founded a successful Brisbane property consultancy, Bluebird Property Partners. Prior to this, Claire spent 15 years working as a Development Manager for some of the world’s largest property developers, including Lendlease, Mirvac and Barratt London.
Claire has delivered residential and mixed-use projects in Brisbane, Perth and London, which ranged in scale from $20m to $700m and received numerous awards.
Claire is involved in numerous industry bodies, and is a Board Member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (Qld).
Claire holds tertiary qualifications in property economics and construction management and in 2021 was recognised as one of Queensland’s Top 20 Business Entrepreneurs.
